be implemented in 6 cities and regencies (Local Governments - LG),
namely the City of Malang, Jombang Regency, City of Jambi, Pekalongan
Regency and Pekalongan City (regional), and Sidoarjo Regency.
1. Organisational Development and Management Expert (Team Leader)
Qualifications and skills:
- Master degree in engineering, economics, social sciences or related subjects.
- Negotiation and moderation skills.
- Computer skills (MS Office software).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Fluent in English.
General professional experience:
- A minimum of 15 years working experience regarding the required qualification preferably in the SWM sector.
- Profound experience with organisational development and change management preferably in the SWM sector.
- Profound experience as project coordinator in complex international development programs/projects.
Specific professional experience:
- A minimum of 10 years experience as a team leader for projects with similar magnitude and complexity in transitional and developing countries.
- Strategy development and business planning.
- Expert in organisational development and institutional strengthening.
- Regional experience is an advantage; Experience in Indonesia is preferable and will be evaluated higher.
2. Solid Waste Management Expert
Qualifications and skills:
- Master degree in civil, environmental engineering or other related engineering subjects.
- Computer skills (MS Office software etc.)
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Fluent in English
Emission Reduction in Cities / Solid Waste Management in Indonesia
General professional experience:
- A minimum of 15 years working experience with demonstrated expertise in solid waste management.
- A minimum of 5 years working experience regarding landfill area.
Specific professional experience:
- A minimum of 10 years experience as a SWM expert for projects with large magnitude and complexity in transitional and developing countries.
- Demonstrated experience with logistics in SWM (collection and transport as well as transfer), waste monitoring and planning systems.
- Training experience.
- Regional experience is an advantage.
Qualifications and skills:
- Master degree in law or social science.
- Computer skills (MS Office software, accounting applications).
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Fluent in English.
General professional experience:
- A minimum of 10 years working experience with demonstrated expertise in law for public services utilities (such as water supply, waste water or solid waste management), preferably in solid waste management.
Specific professional experience:
- A minimum of 8 years experience as a law expert for projects related to public service in transitional and developing countries.
- Demonstrated experience with regulation related to solid waste management.
- Demonstrated experience in strengthening institutional capacity.
- Regional experience is an advantage.
Qualifications and skills:
- Master degree in economics, accounting or related subjects.
- Computer skills (MS Office software, accounting applications).
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Fluent in English.
General professional experience:
- A minimum of 15 years working experience with demonstrated expertise in financial management for public services utilities (such as water supply, waste water), preferably in SWM.
Emission Reduction in Cities / Solid Waste Management in Indonesia
Specific professional experience:
- A minimum of 10 years experience as a financial expert for projects related to public service in transitional and developing countries.
- Demonstrated experience with general accounting and financial reporting.
- Demonstrated experience with the introduction of financial management systems (cost accounting and billing systems), preferably in the public utility or waste management sector.
- Demonstrated experience with financial and budget monitoring.
- Regional experience is an advantage.
Qualifications and skills:
- Bachelor degree (minimum) in journalism, communication, social sciences or related subjects.
- Computer skills (MS Office software), accounting applications).
- Good interpersonal and written communication skills.
- Fluent in English.
General professional experience:
- A minimum 15 years working experience preferably in the public sector with experience in solid waste management sector.
Specific professional experience:
- A minimum of 10 years experience as a communications expert for projects related to public service in transitional and developing countries.
- Demonstrated experience with public communication and public awareness.
- Demonstrated experience with community participation preferably in the utility or waste management sector.
- Regional experience is an advantage.
Qualifications and skills:
- Master degree in social science or engineering.
- Computer skills (MS Office software).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Fluent in Bahasa and English.
General professional experience:
- A minimum of 10 years working experience as a training expert for projects related to public service in Indonesia, preferably in solid waste sector.
Specific professional experience:
- A minimum of 5 years profound working experience regarding waste sector preferably in solid waste.
- Demonstrated experience with public training preferably in waste management sector.
