THE POSITION
LOCATION: UBUD,BALI (HEADQUARTERS)
We are currently looking for a highly talented and motivated web developer to maintain our multilingual Drupal website (kopernik.info) and to support Kopernik’s communications team in implementing our digital marketing strategy.
REQUIREMENTS
MUST HAVE:
- 3 years experience in PHP web development.
- Thorough understanding of current standards for responsive websites, HTML5, CSS3, jQuery and API data connection.
- Have technical understanding of online transaction.
- Working knowledge of Linux server environment and sql database.
- Demonstrable experience working on a complex site or web application
- Ability to analyse website data and provide recommendations for improvements based on communications objectives
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Ability to work in a multicultural environment
- A can-do and collaborative mind set – comfortable with the ambiguities and demands of a rapidly evolving work environment.
- High energy levels.
- A commitment to Kopernik’s values and reaching underserved communities.
- Indonesian National.
PREFERRED:
- Experience using Drupal, Code Igniter Framework
- Experience using Bootstrap CSS framework
- Experience using GIT
- Experience using mailchimp
- Experience in linux server environment dan security
- Familiarity with current SEO & digital marketing practices
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Working
with our committed communications team the web developer will conduct
lean marketing experiments - which might involve new or enhanced website
functionality, content changes, social media or email marketing - then
measure the impact against expected outcomes and use the data to inform
new digital communications strategies.
The
web developer will also be expected to maintain the website and server
to strict security and high accessibility standards - keeping the web
server, security certificates, Drupal core and all modules up to date as
required.
