Implementation Manager - Jakarta
Labor Solutions through its interactive text-based
coaching, aims to equip factory employees with life skills that promote
behaviour-change. Our programs focus on improving factory workers’ wellbeing,
health and financial functions both at workplace and at home. Labor Solutions
provides micro-coaching (parenting, wellness and financial planning), corporate
communication tools, and accurate and timely data services to factories in Asia.
Our client base is growing
rapidly and we need a smart and enthusiastic individual to help drive our
continued success. You will be based in our Jakarta office and will be in
charge in leading the implementation of our products throughout Asia. Your main
responsibilities will involve leading trainings and implementations as well as maintaining
positive client relations. If you consider yourself an individual with

What Do
You Need?
- Fluent in speaking, reading and writing in Mandarin
- Fluent in speaking, reading and writing in English
- Ability to speak other Asian languages a plus
- Relevant University degree (i.e. Communication, Management or related field)
- Experience in Project Management and Account Management is preferred
- Minimum of 2 years working experience
What Will
You Be Doing?
- Training and Implementation. Hold face-to-face orientation and training of product, online implementation meetings/conference calls.
- Project Planning. Identify issues and communicating closely with the Product Development Team to ensure a smooth and timely implementation.
- Traveling. Onsite visits to client locations in Indonesia and abroad during implementation/kick-off meetings.
- Account Management. Identifying client needs and addressing their concerns. Act as the primary PIC for clients, build relationships with clients and conduct site visits/online meetings during the implementation and service delivery period.
- Problem Solving & Troubleshooting. Identifying issues that threaten to delay the timeline. Working with IT and the Product Manager on outstanding Helpdesk Tickets to ensure that client issues have been dealt with.
