Secretary
Requirements:
Education, experience and technical skills:
- Junior Secretary, Diploma in secretarial, administration or otherrelated fields.
- 2 - 3 years of experience in secretarial duties
- Knowledge of administrative standards and practices
- Fluent written and spoken English, able to draft letters in official English and conduct business in English through email and other means of correspondence
- Good computer skills in word processing, spreadsheets, presentations, internet and other relevant office applications.
- Personal attributes and competencies
- Have initiative, capable of working independently and an effective team playe
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with people in a multi-disciplinary and multi-cultural environment
- Experience working with a wide and diverse network of groups and individuals.
