Administration Officer
Job Description :
- Input data and filing documents of existing scholarship recipients.
- Assisting in scholarship recipients’ selection process from end to end (accepting documents, sorting, input data, coordinating psycho test and interview, preparing scholarship agreement).
- Preparing scholarship payment data for the finance department.
- Helping the administration process of the scholarship recipients.
- Helping to monitor the academic performance of the scholarship recipients.
- Maintain good communication with the scholarship recipients and universities to ensure that the administration proses runs smoothly.
- Preparing detailed data and statistics of scholarship recipients for internal reporting and for other departments.
- Such other duties reasonably assigned by the Supervisor or TF Management
Requirements :
- Strong in administration
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Bachelor degree in Administration or other relevant major.
- At the minimum 3 years of experience in administration
- Understand the nature of how foundation works, or how philanthropy or community development works
- Good mastery of windows application (words, excel and powerpoint)
